PearPassHow to Import Credentials From Other Password Managers
Import credentials from another password manager into your PearPass vault. Before you begin, check Supported Import Formats to confirm your current password manager's export format is supported.
Sign in
Open PearPass on your computer and sign in with your master password.
Open Settings
Click Settings.
Select the password manager
On the side menu bar, under the Vault section, click Import Items. On the Import Items screen, click the password manager you want to import from.
Upload the exported file
Click Upload files or drag and drop your exported file into the upload area.
Confirm and import
Review the selected file, then click Import.
Enter password (optional — encrypted files only)
If your file is encrypted (.kdbx or encrypted .xml), enter the master password of your previous password manager, then click Continue.
Sign in
Open PearPass on your mobile device and sign in with your master password.
Open Settings
From the vault screen, tap the settings icon in the bottom menu.
Select Import Items
Under the Vault section in the settings menu, tap Import Items.
Select the password manager
Tap the password manager you want to import from.
Upload the exported file
Tap Upload file to open the file picker, then select the exported file from your previous password manager.
Confirm and import
Review the selected file, then tap Import.
Enter password (optional — encrypted files only)
If your file is encrypted (.kdbx or encrypted .xml), enter the master password of your previous password manager, then tap Import.
